1. How long does it take to process my order?

All of our products are made to order. Processing and production typically take 2–7 business days before your order ships.


2. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


3. Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a very short time after placing the order. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.


5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or style preference. Please review our Return Policy for full details.


7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to update your address. Once production begins or the item ships, address changes are no longer possible.


8. What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, UrbanFluxFL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first.


9. Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Some products may ship separately depending on production location. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


11. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. Please review it carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer size exchanges on made-to-order items.


12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure checkout, including credit/debit cards and supported digital payment options.
