Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanFluxFL, every item is made to order. Because of this print-on-demand production process, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All UrbanFluxFL products are created specifically for each customer once an order is placed. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or style preference.
  • Please carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and color options before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photo evidence showing the issue.
  • The issue must be confirmed as a production or fulfillment error.

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Wrong Address Provided by Customer

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned to the facility:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for refunds due to address errors entered at checkout.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, UrbanFluxFL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery, no replacement or refund is guaranteed.

5. Exchanges

Because all products are made to order:

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference changes.
  • If an item is defective or misprinted, it qualifies under our replacement policy.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact UrbanFluxFL first to attempt to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent blocking from future purchases
  • Dispute investigation with the payment processor

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a very short window after being placed.

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately with your order number.

8. Policy Updates

UrbanFluxFL reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
